Serious Illness Health Guarantee 

We guarantee all of our puppies to be healthy when leaving our home and take every precaution necessary to ensure the health and well being of our puppies before going to their new families. 
 

Regulations/Guidelines: 

Seller guarantees puppy to be in good health at the time it leaves seller's possession for delivery to buyer and for 72 hours thereafter.

• Buyer must take the puppy to their Veterinarian within 3 days after the puppy has been transferred from Seller to Buyer for the 72 hour health guarantee to be in effect.
• In the event the Buyers Veterinarian determines the puppy to have a serious illness the Buyer will provide seller with a veterinarian's stating prognosis, to be examined by seller's veterinarian. A second opinion may be required by the breeder as well.
• Seller is not responsible if a puppy contracts a communicable disease after leaving our possession. 
• Seller is not responsible for environmentally induced disorders such as, but not limited to, kennel cough, pneumonia, hypoglycemia, coccidiosis, allergies, giardia, parasites, mites, and other autoimmune disorders that are not covered in the guarantee. These conditions are all treatable and do not warrant an exchange in the puppy. Every preventative effort has been made by seller (de-worming's, vaccinations) to guard against these types of problems.

If justifiable by both buyer and sellers veterinarians a puppy of equal value can be exchanged when a puppy becomes available.
